WOW!!! Harold and his employees are amazing!!! When we bought our used Highlander, we didn't notice any damage to the hood. After we had it awhile, little bits of paint starting chipping off the hood. The previous owner had hit a deer and the body shop, NOT YOUNGS PAINT AND BODY, repaired the hood with a LOT OF BONDO. Harold was not going to take it down to the metal, he did it right by ordering a new hood. He painted the whole Highlander and performed a few more cosmetic changes, which he didn't charge us for. It looks as if it were a new vehicle rolling off the show room floor. I have found my paint and body shop in the Fayetteville area. They have been in busy for over 60 years and this is a family owned business. Thank you Harold and crew for a EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

I got rear-ended by another driver a couple of months ago while driving my wife’s car. Took the car to Young’s and glad I did. From the beginning, the appraisers sent by the other driver’s insurance company proved to be difficult to work with. Young’s not only handled all of the back-and-forth with appraisers and adjusters, but also did phenomenal repair work on the vehicle. They finished it all with a nice detail job inside and out. Also of note, I had a difficult time getting out to the shop to pick up the car after it was complete due to a family emergency. Young’s responded by dropping the car off at my house, which was completely above and beyond. 5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend this shop for your body repair needs. Harold and his team did an amazing job to get my car repaired and back to me within a speedy timeframe (a little over 30 days). I had wrecked my car on November 6th, put in a claim to insurance the next day to then pick up a rental, and dropped it off to Young’s on November 8th and had my car fully repaired and brought back to me for pick up by December 12th. So, about 4 days after my auto insurance (National General) stopped covering my rental, Harold called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. And the work he did to repair the front driver end of my car looked amazing. He fixed my front bumper and replaced my broken front driver headlight. The final product looked neat and brand new. I definitely recommend him and will be going back to him again if I need any auto body car repairs.

When My Maserati was rear ended, I took it to Youngs. Harold and his crew did an awesome job fixing my car. He kept me updated on the progress and responded to all my questions promptly. My car turned out great. Thank you for the awesome customer service

I am very pleased with the body work I got done to my car. It only took three days to have the car door completely repaired and painted. Before the work it had a lot of dents and scratches from an unfortunate hit and run accident, but after the work it looked brand new and I couldn’t believe it! The employees were very respectful and hardworking. I could tell that they treated my car like one of their own. Personally I would recommend any friend or family member to visit this business.
